COMCAST EMPLOYEES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS HELP “SAVE THE BAY” AT LAKE WATERFORD PARK ON APRIL 25, 2015

Approximately 150 Volunteers Expected to Participate as Part of Comcast’s Annual Nationwide Day of Service

 

WHAT:           Comcast employees and their families and friends, in partnership with the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Center, Anne Arundel Recreation and Parks and other members of the local community, will participate in “Save the Bay Day” at Lake Waterford Park in Pasadena as part of Comcast’s annual “Comcast Cares Day.”  Volunteers will plant gardens and clear invasive plants to help control storm water runoff and participate in other activities including weeding and general clean-up and beautification around the park.

 

WHO:              Comcast employees, their families and friends; representatives from the Anne Arundel County Volunteer Center and Anne Arundel Recreation and Parks; and members of the local community.

 

WHEN:           Saturday, April 25th from 9 a.m. to Noon
